What is AirCast?

AirCast is a powerful drone monitoring system that enables real-time surveillance and data collection using Raspberry Pi-based hardware. The system combines 4G connectivity, RTSP camera feeds, and cloud integration to provide a comprehensive monitoring solution.

System Architecture

What You'll Need

Required Hardware

  • Raspberry Pi (Zero 2W or Pi 4)
  • SD Card (8GB minimum, 16GB+ recommended)
  • 4G USB Modem with active SIM card
  • RTSP Camera (e.g., SIYI cameras)
  • Power supply for Pi (5V 3A)

Before You Start

  • Create an AirCast account
  • Have your Wi-Fi/4G credentials ready
  • Computer to flash the SD card
  • 30 minutes for initial setup
